Search icon from top panel has disapreared and keeps disapeared even after reinstalation of the SOLR extension

Search icon from top panel has disapreared and keeps disapeared even after reinstalation of the SOLR extension.
I have tried update or just re-save the SOLR extension in adminsitration > search. I have also tried to reinstall the extension.
Nothing were successful.

I have the same issue. Any updates? I am using 13.3
