The title and location of pages were changed, but when searching, the results are showing the old data under a heading of Raw Document Content.
How can the old data be removed so it is not found in a search?

There shouldn’t be any old data normally. It means that solr didn’t reindex for some reason. You could force a solr reindex. See https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Solr%20Search%20Application#HSearchAdministrationSection
