Is it somehow possible to set the default timezone for newly created users?

Hi. Right now no timezone is set AFAIK for the users which inherit the default timezone set in the Administration (which in turn defaults to the system’s default timezone by default). So, what you asked should be the default already normally.

What behavior do you see?

Is there a “system default timezone” setting somewhere?

What I see is, that users don’t have a timezone set (= defaults to GMT) and then the time at which a article is created / updated is finally wrong.
