Simplify Release Note template and remove Moved modules

Hi everyone,

this is a proposal to simplify a bit the Release Notes template: we currently have in the template a “Moved modules” section, that should be used when a module is moved from/to XS repositories.

It’s something that doesn’t happen often in XWiki, from a quick analysis I found a total of 19 RN containing the sections (not counting the RN for a RC release).

I propose that we just drop the section and we start putting that info directly in the Migration notes in the future. I see few advantages of that:

  1. one less removal to do when editing the RN, since most of the time we just drop the section
  2. on the long run, the idea being to have dedicated entries for the migration notes, we would have also the moved modules in those dedicated entries, so it would easier to find them vs having them in the content of the RN
  3. no inconsistencies: I believe we sometimes forget to indicate the moved modules, or we already put them sometimes in migration notes (e.g. in 15.6 or 15.9 RN)

By “Migration notes”, do you mean the Backward Compatibility section?

I guess it could be considered backward compat, so +0 from me. We’ll likely forget but that’s not too serious.
