SQL Error: 1366, SQLState: HY000. Cloud Formation

Hi,
When i install Notifications Macro i got an error SQL Error: 1366, SQLState: HY000.
Loaded xwiki using AWS Cloud formation. Is there any possibilities to solve this issue?
