Stop the snap package experiment

Hi xwikiers,

A previous Google Summer Of Code leaded to the creation of an XWiki snap package. Unfortunately some difficulties with the snap specifications (it’s really not designed to build complex server softwares) leaded to something which never been more than a POC and never been made an official package. It was maintained for a while by @Pol, but I can understand that it became too tedious to continue so it’s a bit abandoned now.

I propose to pull the plug until someone want to resurrect it.
