Strange blocky presentation from the code macro

I’ve included code wrapped with the “{{code}}” macro but the display of the code is wierd. Each line is surrounded with its own bar - see the attachmed image.codemacro

You need to make the macro standalone (ie new lines before and after it and no white spaces).

I was just writing up this exact problem when the “Your topic is similar to…” brought me to here, solving my problem.

PS: note to self: give the {{macros}} some space from other elements.
