Subwiki creation : error "table mysubwiki.xwikidbversion doesn't exist"

Dear community,

I’ve set xwiki on my computer in order to prepare the database before running in production.
I try to create a subwiki, and I get this error : “table mysubwiki.xwikidbversion doesn’t exist”, which makes the creation fails. Do you know what can be wrong ? My mysql user xwiki has been granted all the priviledges.

You probably have another error before this one explaining why this table was not created. It often mean the database user used by XWiki does not have the right to create new database to tables.
