Hi,
I am currently using the Task Manager Application (Pro) as a trial and I am confused on how to set privileges correctly.
The goal is to only have one group being able to see and use the extention at full scale. Right now I have the permissions set so only my IT-group has full access. However, my IT-group is not able to see any tasks or use the Gantt Diagramm. Only the dedicated superadmin is able to.

The community forum isn’t the best place to ask for a help, because such extension is covered by license and includes a support contract for professional help from XWiki SAS. However, to my knowledge in your case the trial license doesn’t provide it. I’d suggest you either check official documentation of pro extension if it answers your question or try to check GitHub repository, maybe some other users had similar questions and some developer provided answer there.
