Hello everyone
We found that when creating a new page from an existing template (i.E. Simple Page Provider), the content of the new page will always be english. (The page language is correctly set to “de” (german)).
This is weird to me, because when I open the “Simple Page Provider”, the Page behind it is translated to german.
We are running xWiki 13.10.3 but we had the issue in previous versions as well.
Am I doing something wrong?
Are other people here experiencing a similiar issue?
Because I don’t think this is how templates are supposed to work.

The ticket unfortunately is almost 9 years old.
I guess this means it’s not going to be fixed any time soon.
