The "notifications" macro is not in the list of registered macros

Hi Community,

XWiki 11.10.2, installation under Cent OS 7 and default XWiki skin theme (default options)

Problem: Notification macro does not work/is not installed

Unknown macro: notifications.

-> The “notifications” macro is not in the list of registered macros. Verify the spelling or contact your administrator.

The installation is not very old and already in use.

In a subwiki this described macro works.

The Notifications.Macro page at “https://hostname/bin/view/XWiki/Notifications/Code/Macro/NotificationsMacro” does not exist and seems to be removed. It displays the message, “The requested page could not be found.”

Hi, I was just about asking about this macro in different context (we had been using it before, but it stopped working and now refuses to update). So I’d be thankful for any contact from anyone familiar with or responsible for its development. :smile:

I hope someone in the forum can help here, as I have already started several attempts to solve this seemingly trivial problem without destroying the current wiki.

Maybe @vmassol or @tmortagne can help
