Hi devs,
In the past we have used FormAssembly for the 2-3 surveys we’re running on xwiki.org. This got broken some time ago and I worked with some other community members to port the surveys (and to improve them at the same time) to LimeSurvey (https://www.limesurvey.org/en/) which is an open source survey tool.
You can see the 2 surveys we’re running at:
I should have sent this post earlier. It’s about agreeing to use LimeSurvey for doing our surveys on xwiki.org. I just want to make sure that we agree about this tool for our surveys.
Thanks
-Vincent
To clarify more, the XWiki SAS is sponsoring this tool since they have a version installed on their infrastructure and they’re allowing the xwiki.org project to create as many polls as we want on their instance. I’m currently clarifying with them the situation since we may want to create xwiki.org user accounts on that instance and give admin rights to administer the polls by any xwiki.org community member.
So the result is:
- We have a user account on the XWiki SAS limesurvey instance
- This user has admin permissions on existing surveys posted on xwiki.org
- This user has the permission to create new surveys
All is great. Thank you XWiki SAS
