I just uploaded a new version of the Ubuntu+Eclipse based beginner’s VM.
- upgraded all Ubuntu packages (but still on Ubuntu 17.04)
- Eclipse 4.7.2
- pulled latest versions of all git repositories (so the platform version is now 10.0-SNAPSHOT when you download the VM)
- imported most JAR modules by default in Eclipse, it will take more memory but it was too complicated for beginners (I increased the size of the swap file to be safe)
