Sporadically I find unclear history/revision entries in my wiki.
Example: Edits of group pages (allgroup) where users are added by absent colleagues or changes tagged with the “Update document after refactoring.” note by the wrong user account.
Can you please help me understand what is happening in these cases?
- How can these AllGroup entries get triggered?
- How to ensure or debug page edit consistency?
