After upgrading to 9.5.1 I am running into the following issue with the Dashboard.
“The “dashboard” macro is not in the list of registered macros. Verify the spelling or contact your administrator.”
I have updated/repaired every broken extension but I am not able to get the Dashboard working. Is there something I am missing? I deployed the new .war file and replaced my config files.
Apparently I was wrong. The Dashboard macro is bundled by default in 9.5.1 (just checked).
could you check in the Admin, under Extensions, if the Dashboard macro extension is installed? You may need to check in “installed extensions” and in “core extensions” too.
Thanks for the reply. I ended up reinstalling 9.5.1 from Scratch and just importing my Wiki Pages and Attachments due to several other major issues that would not repair after upgrading 9.4 war on Tomcat to 9.5.1
I appreciate the help and all of the hard work you put into making X-Wiki the best confluence alternative.
This is still not good. You’re supposed to be able to upgrade without doing the export/reimport. If there’s a problem we should fix it but we need some way to reproduce.
