Update to 17.9 fails in Debian

While updating xwiki in Debian 12 installation process fails with message:

The following packages have unfulfilled dependencies:
xwiki-xjetty-common : Depends on: xwiki-common (= 17.7.0) but 17.9.0 is installed
xwiki-xjetty-pgsql : Depends on: xwiki-xjetty-common (= 17.9.0) but 17.7.0 is installed

Analysis shows that xwiki-xjetty-common_17.9.0_all.deb could not unpack correctly, due to broken file /usr/lib/xwiki-jetty/jetty/lib/jetty-util-12.1.2.jar. It seems that something went wrong while package building xwiki-xjetty-common_17.9.0_all.deb.

Any help is welcome to solve the problem.

apt clean
apt update
apt upgrade
apt --fix-broken install

solved the problem.

No idea why the jetty-util-12.1.2.jar could not be extracted out of data.gz.
