Updating entries failed

Hi Guys, my wiki is continuously retrieving me a pop-up error message: Updating the entries failed for an unknown reason. Does anyone know how to solve this? thank you in advance

what does that mean?

WDYM by entries?

Maybe if you could post some screenshot we could see what you mean. Also make sure you check your xwiki logs for any error.

@mleduc I saw a similar topic where you said to disable “show annotations”. I did that and now it’s working. Thank you

Glad it fixed your issue. I wanted to learn more about you error before proposing this fix :slight_smile:
FYI, the next releases of XWiki will include a fix, allowing you to enable show annotations safely.

I do have the same issue. But only if viewing user profiles. All accounts are located in the main wiki and I am given admin rights. An interesting point is that the second admin (definitely the same rights then me) doesn’t have this issue.

Error messages and console output are the same as shown above. Even when I disabled annotations. We are using XWiki 13.10.6.

It’s basically just annoying but not a big problem. Nevertheless: any new ideas?
