Upgrade l10n.xwiki.org to Weblate 2026.6

Hi everyone,

I’m planning an upgrade of our Weblate platform used for https://l10n.xwiki.org to latest released version next Wednesday the 3rd of June starting around 9AM CEST.

The platform will be unavailable during the time of the upgrade. I’ll keep you informed here how it goes.
