Upgrade of l10n.xwiki.org to Weblate 5.16.2

Hello,

we noticed a problem on our Weblate translation server, we will perform an upgrade to latest release this afternoon at 2PM CEST hoping that it solves our issue.

The instance l10n.xwiki.org will not be available during the time of the upgrade.

For information I just performed the upgrade but apparently we still have problems with the repository synchronization. I’ll open a bug report on Weblate side.
