Users are unable to see the pages created by Admin

Hi,

I have created users using Admin rights and created some pages as Admin user. I have given “view” rights to these users on these pages but when these users login…They directly get a page “You are not authorized to view this page”.
Another thing is - I have updated this one parameter in xwiki,cfg to 1:
xwiki.authentication.group.allgroupimplicit = 1
Also, I have given “view” rights to Group “XWikiAllGroup” but the problem still persists.

Also, If i remove all rights from “XWikiAllGroup” group. will it impact something.
