Hi everyone,
I’m exploring how XWiki could be used as a structured knowledge base for recruitment teams working with AI-related hiring processes.
For example, a recruiting organization could use XWiki to document its hiring workflows, candidate evaluation guidelines, interview processes, internal policies, training materials, and information related to professional certifications. One use case I came across is documenting requirements around an AI recruiting firm certification so that recruiters can keep qualification criteria, supporting documentation, and internal procedures organized in one place.
I’m particularly interested in how XWiki handles this type of structured knowledge. Would you recommend using existing XWiki features such as applications, structured data, templates, and access permissions for this purpose, or would an extension/custom application be a better approach?
I’d also be interested in hearing from anyone who has used XWiki as an internal knowledge base for HR, recruitment, compliance, or certification-related documentation.
Thanks!
