Wiki Logo - Closed Wiki

Hello,
I have a closed wiki with a customised wiki logo. The customised logo does not display on the login page as it gets a permission denied from the web server. I’m assuming this is because the wiki is closed.
Is there a way of customising the logo on the login page of a closed wiki?

Hi, you need to allow everyone to view the page containing the logo.

I’m not sure I can do that. The image is located at
https://itwiki.example.local/xwiki/bin/skin/XWiki/DefaultSkin/Slice%201.png

I don’t know how to change permissions for just that object.
