Wrong Time at last change from [user] at [time,date]

Hello XWiki Community,
I have the problem, that my time somehow wrong is.
It is now 10 min back. Befor a restart it was more then 50min.
Time on the server is correct.
Where can i show the time settings from the XWiki Instance? And is this Problem somehow known?

XWiki 1.12.1 with tomcat8 mysql
