Wysiwyg isn't loading

I installed xWiki 10.11.3 on a new Win 7 VM with Tomcat9 and MySQL Server 5.7 and every time I try to create/edit a page with the Wysiwyg editor it won’t stop loading. I already tried to clear my Browser cache but that didn’t help at all.

Any ideas?

Hi please open your browser dev tools and look for javascript console and please paste a screenshot of the errors you have there. Thx
