XWiki 11.10.2 is now the LTS

Hi everyone,

Following our release of XWiki 11.10.2 in the 30th of December, we consider that the 11.x cycle is now over and that the XWiki 11.10.2 version is now the new LTS.

Of course, should we find blocker issues for it, we’ll continue releasing bug fix releases (11.10.3, etc).
