XWiki 15.0 RC1 Released

The XWiki development team is proud to announce the availability of XWiki 15.0 RC1.

This is the first release of the 15.x cycle. This release consists mostly of dependency upgrades and bug fixes including security fixes with some small new features for admins and developers. Some fixes also required changes that could cause breakages, please read the respective sections of the release notes before upgrading.

The related Jira Dashboard Loading... goes in error for me (not logged in to Jira); is fine if I login though.

Indeed, the wrong right was set for the issues filter, should be OK now.
