XWiki as source for WordPress

We have a XWiki to gather knowledge, experiences, questions and answers about a rare-disease. (www.waihonapedia.org).

As our information collection gets popular we, more and more, get requests to publish (a copy of??) our information on sites of health-institutes, disease specific. The most common is WordPress.

Any suggestion to go forward , we mainly think of 2 strategies;

  1. Embed the xwiki pages (including hyperlinked pages) on WordPress
  2. Export a set of pages to something easily imported in Wordpress

  1. Don’t export anything and use XWiki to display the pages :wink:

You can also easily copy from one XWiki instance to another XWiki instance.

Otherwise solutions 1 and 2 are possible.

It’s also possible to use:

  1. Use the XWiki REST APIs to get the rendered content and integrate it into WordPress or other tools which are used to perform the display. Don’t ask me how, I don’t know WordPress at all.
