How to set up a search in another language. Interested in Russian. solr engine.
I think it should be enough if you change the default language of your wiki (in the Wiki Administration -> Content -> Localization).
Pages created so far might be considered “English” independent of their contents, however. I think it is possible to convert them programmatically to be of Russian language, but I have to look up the details.

The search engine knows how to index “ru”, see https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/blob/master/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-search/xwiki-platform-search-solr/xwiki-platform-search-solr-server/xwiki-platform-search-solr-server-data/src/main/resources/xwiki/conf/managed-schema#L1176 , I hope that’s what you selected in the administration (I don’t know Russian). It doen’t work if you select ru_XX for instance.
