Adding an opencollective donate button on xwiki.org

Hi devs,

I’m proposing to add a donate button on xwiki.org that links to XWiki - Open Collective

@evalica started defining the tiers and they look good to me for now. I have ideas to improve them in the future and also to add more information about how the xwiki.org project is currently sponsored and what the money is used for and why we need more money to help maintain it and make it progress even faster. However that can wait a bit and right now I’d like to add a button to use what we have already.

Hello, i opened main page from smartphone and didn’t see donate button.
Does this a normal case?
