After the update, page navigation disappeared

Yesterday I installed the package xwiki-tomcat8-mysql on Ubuntu. Everything is set up. Added a few pages.
Today it is updated 10.8.1. There are no pages in any menu. Pages can be found in the search, but all navigation lists are empty.

I Add sub-wiki, navigation works there, everything is in place.

How to fix main wiki?

Wow, thanks - this also hit me.

Do I actually have to tell all of my Wiki’s users to manually hard-refresh their browser cache?

yes we really need to fix this, it’s hitting a lot of people (cc @mflorea).
