New contrib project request - Cristal (a.k.a Wiki 3.0)

Hello all,

I’d like to request a new contrib project named Cristal (formerly known as Wiki 3.0).

I need:

• a Github project: cristal
• a Jira project: cristal
• a dedicated Matrix root: #cristal:matrix.xwiki.com

One thing I forgot to ask initially is the creation of a sub-wiki in xwiki.org for Cristal.
