New contrib project request - Cristal (a.k.a Wiki 3.0)

Hello all,

I’d like to request a new contrib project named Cristal (formerly known as Wiki 3.0).

I need:

  • a Github project: cristal
  • a Jira project: cristal
  • a dedicated Matrix root: #cristal:matrix.xwiki.com

A dedicated forum section already exists: https://forum.xwiki.org/c/cristal/18

PS: I have the rights to perform the creation myself, but it’s important to keep the request public.

One thing I forgot to ask initially is the creation of a sub-wiki in xwiki.org for Cristal.
I suggest https://cristal.xwiki.org/
