Transfer ownership of Confluence Migrator Application GitHub repository from xwikisas to xwiki-contrib

Hi everyone,

On behalf of XWiki SAS, I’d like to move the Confluence Migrator Application code from xwikisas GitHub organization to xwiki-contrib. XWiki SAS is focusing on the new Confluence Migrator Pro so the old migrator is not maintained anymore, but maybe someone from the community wants to take over, which is why I’m proposing to move the code to xwiki-contrib.

WDYT? Anyone against it?
