Hi.
In XWiki Contrib there are a lot annoying exclamation marks. Nearly all have to do with “cristal - “, except one “Books - Version”. When I look for the explanation I think that I myself can’t do anything to fix those.
Would be nice if everything will be nice and clean again.

This expected, because most commonly on other languages strings are not translated or there’s unresolved checks. And ideally the user who do contributions to his/her language has to fix it, but you can’t exclude situation that some languages are abandoned.
Ex. cristal-alerts-ui XWiki Contrib/Cristal/cristal - alerts-ui — Англійська @ Weblate XWiki.org: {n} more… the exclamation marks because This line uses three dots (...) instead of the ellipsis symbol (…). see Weblate documentation
Now what can be done here but it’s not good tone, since original language are introduced by XS team developers - clicking ignore can resolve it. If it was user’ language (ex. yours) you can ignore any false checks and don’t click ignore for all languages.
From my view, ideally situation the user who introduces this translation has to fix it.
Books claim a duplicated key BookVersions.navMenu.noLanguageSelected which I can’t remove.
All the cristal - say something like:
The VCS repository contains many changes compared to the upstream repository. Please merge the changes manually or set up a push to automate this process.
I don’t think I can do anything to fix this.
On Book’ component all alerted lines are set into read-only mode. And read-only is expected, I remember we discussed it previous time why some lines are set for read-only, Empty translation values can't be completed in forum, plus checking code of platform the comment explains it. Unfortunately in Book’ code I’m not finding it book-versions/application-book-versions-common-ui/src/main/resources/BookVersions/Code/Translations.xml at b3ffa95233aad5899394285ab8700d10c8451ac1 · xwiki-contrib/book-versions · GitHub.

I informed @mleduc to handle it: apparently there was a pull request to merge to take into account the changes for a while. It should be better now. Thanks for pointing it to us.
